यन्मेऽसूंस्त्यजतः साक्षात्कृष्णो दर्शनमागतः ॥ २२ ॥
yan me’sūṁs tyajataḥ sākṣāt kṛṣṇo darśanam āgataḥ
Synonyms
[although Kṛṣṇa is the Self of the cosmos and equally disposed to all (yadyapi sarvātmā sama-darśī ca)76]; tathāpi — yet; bhūpa — O King; paśya — just see [just try to estimate (anumānaṁ kuru)]; [tasya] anukampitam — [His] compassion [kṛpām]; ekānta-bhakteṣu — toward His exclusive devotees [who are without any other objective (ananya-prayojana-bhakteṣu)]; yat — because [yasmāt]; kṛṣṇaḥ — Kṛṣṇa; sākṣāt — Himself; āgataḥ — has appeared; darśanam — [to grant] His vision; me — to me [mama]; tyajataḥ — when I am about to relinquish; asūn — my life [prāṇān].
Translation
[Although Kṛṣṇa is the Self of the cosmos and equally disposed to all,] yet, O King, just see His compassion toward His exclusive devotees, because Kṛṣṇa Himself has appeared to grant me His vision when I am about to relinquish my life.
