1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter these Terms.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features, such as purchasing products or enrolling in paid live classes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We do not permit sharing these account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

We sell printed and electronic books, seminars consisting of recorded audio and/or video classes, and access to live classes.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services—including books, lectures, videos, blog posts, images, graphics, and trademarks—is the property of Jiva Vedic Adhayan Sansthan or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission.

Limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive rights are granted to access and use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Our Products

5.1 Seminars

We offer our seminars for educational purposes and do not guarantee their availability, quality, or outcomes.

Purchasing a seminar gives you access to class recordings grouped into a seminar.

Please refer to the seminar description to determine whether your purchase allows you to:

1. Only stream the recordings without the right to download them.
2. Download the recordings to your storage.

In both cases, you are required to create an account on our partner platform, Thinkific at learning.jiva.org .

Please also refer to the seminar description for the duration of file access. Unless stated otherwise, we offer at least two years of access.

5.2 Live Classes

We offer live classes for educational purposes and do not guarantee their availability, quality, or outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any class without prior notice.

Unless specified otherwise, access to a live class does not include access to a recording. Please refer to the description of the live class to determine how to access its recording and whether a separate purchase is required.

5.3 Books

We offer printed books and electronic editions in ePub format. Purchase of an e-book allows you to download a copy of the electronic book file.

6. Blog Content

Our blog posts are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

We are not responsible for any reliance placed on the information in our blog.

7. User Conduct

General

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems.
• Upload or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Comments

To avoid unpleasant exchanges and disrespectful comments on this website, we have established the following guidelines:

• Offering advice: Pointing out deficiencies in the writing is generally acceptable when done respectfully and without the intent to harass. Otherwise, your advice will not be posted.
• Disagreeing with the author: If you disagree with the content, your comments will be posted provided they are respectful, relevant, and contain meaningful substance. We reserve the right to delete emotional or fanatical rants, fallacious arguments, pugnacious comments, and similar content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jiva Vedic Adhayan Sansthan from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mathura, India.
