गोविन्द गोद्विजसुरार्तिहरावतार योगेश्वराखिलगुरो भगवन्नमस्ते ॥ ४३ ॥
rājanya-vaṁśa-dahanānapavarga-vīrya
govinda go-dvija-surārti-harāvatāra
yogeśvarākhila-guro bhagavan namas te

śrī-kṛṣṇa — O Śrī Kṛṣṇa; kṛṣṇa-sakha — Friend of Arjuna [arjunasya sakhe168]; vṛṣṇi-ṛṣabha — Chief of the Vṛṣṇis [vṛṣṇīnāṁ śreṣṭha]; dahana — [You, who are] the Fire; rājanya-vaṁśa — [that burns] the dynasties of kings; dhruk — [who are] enemies; avani — [of] the earth [bhūmi]; anapavarga — [You] of undiminished [(akṣīṇa); or unlimited (ananta)169]; vīrya — prowess [prabhāva]; govinda — O Govinda [You, whose supreme majesty lies in the wish-fulfilling cows (prāpta-kāmadhenv aiśvarya); or You, whose sovereignty over the supreme abode of Goloka is eternally self-established (nitya-prāpta-parama-golokādhipatya)170]; avatāra — [You] who descend; ārti-hara — to dispel the distress; go — [of] the cows; dvija — the brāhmaṇas; sura — [and] the gods; yoga-īśvara — Master of Yoga [the direct cognizer of subtle truth (sūkṣma-darśin);171 or the bestower of the fruits of yoga (yoga-phala-prada)172]; guro — Preceptor [hitopadeṣṭa173]; akhila — [of] the entire universe; bhagavan — O Bhagavān; namaḥ — I offer obeisance; te — unto You.
Translation
O Śrī Kṛṣṇa! Friend of Arjuna! Chief of the Vṛṣṇis! You, who are the Fire that burns the dynasties of kings who are enemies of the earth! You of undiminished prowess! O Govinda! You, who descend to dispel the distress of the cows, the brāhmaṇas, and the gods! Master of Yoga! Guru of the Universe! O Bhagavān! I offer obeisance unto You.
