SB 1.6.18

प्रेमातिभरनिर्भिन्नपुलकाङ्गोऽतिनिर्वृतः ।
आनन्दसम्प्लवे लीनो नापश्यमुभयं मुने ॥ १८ ॥
premātibhara-nirbhinna-pulakāṅgo’tinirvṛtaḥ
ānanda-samplave līno nāpaśyam ubhayaṁ mune

Synonyms

mune — O sage [Vyāsa]; aṅgaḥ — [with my] bodily limbs [having then assumed the very aspect of divine love (prema-rūpāṇy eva sarvāṇy aṅgāni tadānīm abhūvan)58]; nirbhinna-pulaka — erupting with horripilation [as if completely rent asunder by horripilation (niḥśeṣeṇa bhinnāni vidīrṇānīva pulaka-yuktāni)]; atibhara — [due to] excessive [atyādhikyena]; prema — divine love; atinirvṛtaḥ — I experienced overwhelming joy [atīva sukhitaḥ59]; līnaḥ — being absorbed [magnaḥ60]; samplave — in an inundation; ānanda — [of] bliss [having fallen into a swoon of transcendental bliss (labdhānanda-mūrcchaḥ)]; na apaśyam — I could not perceive [na dṛṣṭavān asmi61]; ubhayam — either [myself or Paramātmā (ātmānaṁ paramātmānaṁ ca);62 either myself or Bhagavān (ātmānaṁ bhagavantaṁ ca ubhayam);63 either the meditator or the object of meditation (dhyātṛ-dhyeya-yugmam)64].

Translation

O sage [Vyāsa], with my bodily limbs erupting with horripilation due to excessive divine love (prema), I experienced overwhelming joy. Being absorbed in an inundation of bliss, I could perceive neither myself nor Bhagavān.
