SB 1.4.32

तस्यैवं खिलमात्मानं मन्यमानस्य खिद्यतः ।
कृष्णस्य नारदोऽभ्यागादाश्रमं प्रागुदाहृतम् ॥ ३२ ॥
tasyaivaṁ khilam ātmānaṁ manyamānasya khidyataḥ
kṛṣṇasya nārado’bhyāgād āśramaṁ prāg udāhṛtam

Synonyms

manyamānasya — while [Vyāsa] was thinking; ātmānam — of himself; khilam — as deficient [nyūnam139]; evam — in this manner; [ata eva140] khidyataḥ — [and thus] feeling aggrieved [khedaṁ prāpnuvataḥ]; nāradaḥ — sage Nārada; abhyāgāt — appeared; tasya — [at] his; kṛṣṇasya — Kṛṣṇadvaipāyana Vyāsa’s; prāk — earlier; udāhṛtam — mentioned; āśramam — hermitage [the earlier mentioned Badarikāśrama, situated on the bank of the Sarasvatī (prāg udāhṛtaṁ sarasvatī tīrastham)].

Translation

While Vyāsa was thinking of himself as deficient in this manner and thus feeling aggrieved, sage Nārada appeared at his aforementioned hermitage [on the bank of the Sarasvatī].
