SB 1.17.10

यस्य राष्ट्रे प्रजाः सर्वास्त्रस्यन्ते साध्व्यसाधुभिः ।
तस्य मत्तस्य नश्यन्ति कीर्तिरायुर्भगो गतिः ॥ १० ॥
yasya rāṣṭre prajāḥ sarvās trasyante sādhvy asādhubhiḥ
tasya mattasya naśyanti kīrtir āyur bhago gatiḥ

Synonyms

[Indeed, I shall kill him for my own sake and not as an act of welfare to you (mad-dhitārtham evainaṁ haniṣyāmi na tavopakārāya). This is expressed in the following two verses (ity āha yasyeti dvābhyām).57]; sādhvi — O virtuous one; kīrtiḥ — the renown; āyuḥ — longevity; bhagaḥ — propitious fortune [bhāgyam]; gatiḥ — [and] promotion to higher worlds [paralokaḥ]; tasya — of that; mattasya — heedless king [(rājñaḥ);58 of that king who is recklessly inattentive to his duty of subduing the miscreants (sva-kartavyāsādhu-damanānusandhāna-śūnyasya)59]; yasya rāṣṭre — in whose kingdom; prajāḥ — the citizens; sarvāḥ — [are] all [here meaning, anyone at all (yāḥ kāścid apīty arthaḥ)]; trasyante — tormented [pīḍyante]; asādhubhiḥ — by criminals [durātmabhiḥ60]; naśyanti — are certainly nullified.

Translation

O virtuous one, the renown, longevity, propitious fortune, and promotion to higher worlds of that heedless king in whose kingdom the citizens are all tormented by criminals, are certainly nullified.
