SB 1.14.11

ऊर्वक्षिबाहवो मह्यं स्फुरन्त्यङ्ग पुनः पुनः ।
वेपथुश्चापि हृदये आराद्दास्यन्ति विप्रियम् ॥ ११ ॥
ūrv-akṣi-bāhavo mahyaṁ sphuranty aṅga punaḥ punaḥ
vepathuś cāpi hṛdaye ārād dāsyanti vipriyam

Synonyms

[First, the bodily omens are spoken of (daihikān āha).35]; aṅga — dear brother; [my left (mama vāmāḥ)36]; ūru — thigh; akṣi — eye; bāhavaḥ — [and] arm; sphuranti — are quivering; punaḥ punaḥ — again and again; ca — and; vepathuḥ — there are palpitations [kampaś ca bhavati]; hṛdaye api — in my heart as well; [these inauspicious omens (utpātāḥ)]; ārāt — soon [samanantara-kālam eva]; dāsyanti — will bring; vipriyam — misery [duḥkham]; mahyam — upon me [and you (tavāpi)].

Translation

Dear brother, my [left] thigh, eye, and arm are quivering again and again, and there are palpitations in my heart as well. These [inauspicious omens] will soon bring misery upon us.
