SB 1.13.9

कया वृत्त्या वर्तितं वश्चरद्भिः क्षितिमण्डलम् ।
तीर्थानि क्षेत्रमुख्यानि सेवितानीह भूतले ॥ ९ ॥
kayā vṛttyā vartitaṁ vaś caradbhiḥ kṣiti-maṇḍalam
tīrthāni kṣetra-mukhyāni sevitānīha bhūtale

Synonyms

kayā — by what; vṛttyā — means of livelihood [jīvikayā21]; vartitam — was your physical existence sustained [deha-nirvāhaḥ kṛtaḥ]; vaḥ — by you [yuṣmābhiḥ]; caradbhiḥ — while wandering; kṣiti-maṇḍalam — about the globe of the earth; [and what (kāni ca)]; tīrthāni — sacred pilgrimage sites [those primarily associated with holy rivers (jala-pradhānāni)]; kṣetra-mukhyāni — [and] major holy cities [of Bhagavān (bhagavad-dhāmāni)]; sevitāni — were visited; [by you (yuṣmābhiḥ)]; iha bhūtale — on this earth.

Translation

By what means of livelihood did you sustain your physical existence while wandering about the globe of the earth? And what sacred pilgrimage sites and major holy cities did you visit on this earth?
