Translation

Just as many bullocks that are all tied to a single long rope and pierced through their noses by separate smaller cords fastened to the longer one, carry rice and other types of grain for their owners, so too all these worlds along with their universal guardians, being bound by the rope of the Vedic utterances with regard to their respective socio-religious designations, carry offerings to the Supreme Regulator of all existence [Parameśvara].
