SB 1.13.18

विदुरस्तदभिप्रेत्य धृतराष्ट्रमभाषत ।
राजन्निर्गम्यतां शीघ्रं पश्येदं भयमागतम् ॥ १८ ॥
viduras tad abhipretya dhṛtarāṣṭram abhāṣata
rājan nirgamyatāṁ śīghraṁ paśyedaṁ bhayam āgatam

Synonyms

abhipretya — having perceived [jñātvā44]; tat — this [the preponderance of time (kālātikramam)]; viduraḥ — Vidura; abhāṣata — instructed [upadideśa45]; dhṛtarāṣṭram — Dhṛtarāṣṭra [and not the Pāṇḍavas (dhṛtarāṣṭraṁ praty eva na tu tān pratīti)46]; [what Vidura said is now reported beginning here from the second half of this verse through the next nine verses (tad-bhāṣaṇam eva darśayati-rājan ityādibhiḥ sārddhair navādibhiḥ)]; rājan — O King; [itaḥ] nirgamyatām — you should leave [this place]; śīghram — immediately; paśya — behold [ālocaya47]; idam — this; bhayam — fear [in the form of death (maraṇam)48]; āgatam — that is now present [upasthitam].

Translation

Having perceived this, Vidura instructed Dhṛtarāṣṭra as follows: O King, you should leave this place immediately. Behold this fear [in the form of death] that is now present.
