SB 1.9.38

शितविशिखहतो विशीर्णदंशः क्षतजपरिप्लुत आततायिनो मे ।
प्रसभमभिससार मद्वधार्थं स भवतु मे भगवान्गतिर्मुकुन्दः ॥ ३८ ॥
śita-viśikha-hato viśīrṇa-daṁśaḥ
kṣataja-paripluta ātatāyino me
prasabham abhisasāra mad-vadhārthaṁ sa
bhavatu me bhagavān gatir mukundaḥ

Synonyms

hataḥ — He who was struck [tāḍitaḥ124]; śita — [by] the sharp [tīkṣṇaiḥ125]; viśikha — arrows [bāṇaiḥ126]; ātatāyinaḥ — of a menacing bowman [(smayamānasyātatāyino dhanvinaḥ); or an assailant (praharataḥ)127]; me — like me [mama128]; viśīrṇa-daṁśaḥ — whose armor was broken [vidhvasta-kavacaḥ]; pariplutaḥ — who was covered [vyāptaḥ]; kṣataja — [with] blood [rudhireṇa]; abhisasāra — [and] who rushed toward me [abhimukhaṁ jagāma]; prasabham — forcibly [(balāt), disregarding even Arjuna’s protestations (vārayantam arjunam apy atikramya)]; mat-vadha-artham — with the intent to kill me; saḥ — [may] that; bhagavān — Bhagavān; mukundaḥ — Mukunda [although the bestower of liberation for others (anyeṣām mukundo mukti-prado’pi)129]; bhavatu — become; me — my [mama]; gatiḥ — ultimate refuge [the final object to be attained in precisely this form (tathā-bhūtatenaiva prāpyo bhavatu)130].

Translation

He who was struck by the sharp arrows of a menacing bowman like me, whose armor was broken, who was covered with blood, and who rushed toward me forcibly with the intent to kill me — may that Bhagavān Mukunda become my ultimate refuge.
