Translation

Śrī Bhīṣma said: My mind, being thus purely focused and freed from all desire, is fixed on Bhagavān [Śrī Kṛṣṇa], the foremost among the Sātvatas, the Supreme Infinity, who is priorly established in His own intrinsic bliss, and who, for the sake of cosmic play, periodically accepts His extrinsic potency (prakṛti), from which the flow of creation ensues.
