Translation

Only a person of highly refined discernment, who is uninvolved with worldly action, is eligible to directly experience the absolute bliss of this Omnipresent, Unlimited Transcendence [Bhagavān]. [This, however, is not the case for the undiscerning.] Therefore, kindly disclose the divine acts of Bhagavān for those who are bodily identified and thus propelled to action by the guṇas.
