Translation
At that time, the people’s ennobled moral disposition (ārya-dharmaḥ), rooted in the injunctions of the three Vedas and supported by the codes of conduct established according to the respective vocations and developmental stages of life, will disappear altogether. Thereupon, a confused intermingling of vocational dispositions will prevail among human beings whose minds are exclusively immersed in the pursuit of wealth and the fulfillment of their desires, in the manner of dogs and monkeys.
