SB 1.18.36

इत्युक्त्वा रोषताम्राक्षो वयस्यानृषिबालकः ।
कौशिक्याप उपस्पृश्य वाग्वज्रं विससर्ज ह ॥ ३६ ॥
ity uktvā roṣa-tāmrākṣo vayasyān ṛṣi-bālakaḥ
kauśiky-āpa upaspṛśya vāg-vajraṁ visasarja ha

Synonyms

uktvā — having spoken; iti — thus [ittham298]; vayasyān — to his playmates [to the boys who were of the same age (samāna-vayaskān bālakān prati)]; ṛṣi-bālakaḥ — the son of the sage; roṣa-tāmra-akṣaḥ — whose eyes were red with anger [(roṣeṇa tāmre akṣiṇī yasya);299 implying that he did not reflect twice upon what he was about to do (punar vicārāntaraṁ na kṛtavān iti jñāpitam)300]; upaspṛśya — performed ācamana [ācamya]; kauśikī-āpaḥ — with water from the Kauśikī River [kauśikī nadī tasyā apaḥ301]; visasarja ha — [and] issued [prāyuṅkta]; vāk-vajram — a thunderous curse [a thunderbolt of words in the form of a curse (śāpātmaka-vāg-rūpaṁ vajram)].

Translation

Having spoken thus to his playmates, the son of the sage, whose eyes were red with anger, performed ācamana with water from the Kauśikī River and issued a thunderous curse.
