SB 1.18.21

अथापि यत्पादनखावसृष्टं जगद्विरिञ्चोपहृतार्हणाम्भः ।
सेशं पुनात्यन्यतमो मुकुन्दात्को नाम लोके भगवत्पदार्थः ॥ २१ ॥
athāpi yat-pāda-nakhāvasṛṣṭaṁ
jagad viriñcopahṛtārhaṇāmbhaḥ
seśaṁ punāty anyatamo mukundāt
ko nāma loke bhagavat-padārthaḥ

atha api — additionally [(arthāntare);182 moreover (punar api)183]; ambhaḥ — the water [(udakam); (jalam)184]; arhaṇa — [employed in] reverential worship [(arghya); (pūjā-sādhana)185]; [of Bhagavān’s feet (caraṇa-kṣālana)186]; upahṛta — [that] was offered [samarpitam]; viriñca — [by] Brahmā [brahm-aṇā187]; avasṛṣṭam — [and] then issued forth [(niḥsṛtam); (arvāk prastutam)188]; nakha — [from] the toenails [aṅguṣṭha-nakha189]; yat — of whose [of Bhagavān’s (yasya bhagavataḥ)190]; pāda — feet; [in the form of the Gaṅgā River (gaṅgātmakaṁ jalam)191]; punāti — purifies; jagat — the entire cosmos [sarvaṁ jagat192]; sa — along with [sahitam]; īśam — Mahādeva [(mahādevena), or along with the universal guardians headed by Indra (īśair indrādibhir loka-pālaiḥ sahitaṁ vā)193]; [therefore (tasmāt)]; kaḥ nāma — who at all [ko vā194]; loke — in this world; anyatamaḥ — other than [vyatiriktaḥ]; mukundāt — Mukunda [the bestower of liberation, Vāsudeva Śrī Kṛṣṇa (mukti-pradād vāsudevāt)195]; bhagavat-pada-arthaḥ — [can be] worthy of the title “Bhagavān” [(bhagavat-padābhidheyaḥ);196 (bhagavān iti nāma-vācyo’sti)197].

Translation

Additionally, the water employed in reverential worship of Bhagavān’s feet that was offered by Brahmā and then issued forth from the toenails of Bhagavān’s feet [in the form of the Gaṅgā River], purifies the entire cosmos, including Mahādeva. Therefore, who at all in this world other than Mukunda [Śrī Kṛṣṇa] can be worthy of the title “Bhagavān”?
