Translation
[You are not to abide anywhere in the land of Brahmāvarta,] wherein Bhagavān Hari, the very embodiment of yajña, who is perpetually worshiped by means of sacrifices, grants beatitude and impeccable objects of desire to His worshipers. Being the Immanent Self of all stationary and moving entities, this Hari is present both within and outside of them all, just as the universal life force pervades all beings both internally and externally.
