SB 1.15.27

देशकालार्थयुक्तानि हृत्तापोपशमानि च ।
हरन्ति स्मरतश्चित्तं गोविन्दाभिहितानि मे ॥ २७ ॥
deśa-kālārtha-yuktāni hṛt-tāpopaśamāni ca
haranti smarataś cittaṁ govindābhihitāni me

Synonyms

govinda-abhihitāni — Govinda’s words [(govindasya vacanāni);155 in the form of the Gītā and so on (bhāṣaṇāni gītādi-rūpāṇi)156]; yuktāni — [which were] appropriate [samucitāni157]; deśa — [to] place; kāla — time; artha — [and] circumstance [vastuni158]; ca — and; upaśamāni — [which] relieve [upaśama-karāṇi]; tāpa — the pain [pīḍa]; hṛt — [in] my heart; smarataḥ — as I now remember them; haranti — are stealing away [(ākarṣanti); (lumpanti)159]; me — my [mama]; cittam — mind.

Translation

Govinda’s words, which were appropriate to place, time, and circumstance, and which relieve the pain in my heart as I now remember them, are stealing away my mind.
