धृतराष्ट्रः सह भ्रात्रा गान्धार्या च स्वभार्यया ।
दक्षिणेन हिमवत ऋषीणामाश्रमं गतः ॥ ५० ॥

dhṛtarāṣṭraḥ saha bhrātrā gāndhāryā ca sva-bhāryayā
dakṣiṇena himavata ṛṣīṇām āśramaṁ gataḥ

Synonyms
[Having thus dispelled Yudhiṣṭhira’s grief and anxious concern, Nārada now reports to him the actual events consistent with his inquiry, in six verses beginning with the following (tad-evaṁ śokaṁ āsthāñ ca nivārya jijñāsave tasmai yathā-vṛttaṁ kathayati ṣaḍbhiḥ).168]; dhṛtarāṣṭraḥ — Dhṛtarāṣṭra; saha — along with; bhrātrā — his brother Vidura; ca — and; sva-bhāryayā — his wife; gāndhāryā — Gāndhārī; gataḥ — has gone; āśramam — to a hermitage; ṛṣīṇām — of sages; dakṣiṇena — to the south; himavataḥ — of the Himālayas.
Translation
Dhṛtarāṣṭra, along with his brother Vidura and his wife Gāndhārī, has gone to a hermitage of sages to the south of the Himālayas.
