राजर्षीणां जनयिता शास्ता चोत्पथगामिनाम् ।
निग्रहीता कलेरेष भुवो धर्मस्य कारणात् ॥ २६ ॥

Synonyms
eṣaḥ — he; [will be (bhaviṣyati)70]; janayitā — the father [or progenitor (utpā-dakaḥ)71]; rāja-ṛṣīṇām — of saintly kings [such as Janamejaya]; ca — and; śāstā — a chastiser [daṇḍa-kartā]; utpatha-gāminām — of those who transgress the path of morality [dharma-mārgātivartinām72]; nigrahītā — [he will be] a subjugator; kaleḥ — of Kali; kāraṇāt — for the sake [nimittāt]; bhuvaḥ — of the earth [pṛthivyāḥ]; dharmasya — [and] dharma.
Translation
He will be the father of saintly kings and a chastiser of those who transgress the path of morality. He will subjugate Kali for the sake of the earth and dharma.
