Translation

Śrī Sūta replied: Having resown the seed of the Kuru dynasty, which was consumed by the forest fire of war born of interfamily strife [just as a bamboo forest is consumed by the fire produced from the friction between its own trees], and having established Yudhiṣṭhira in his kingdom, Hari, the originating source of the world’s existence and the Supreme Immanent Regulator, became pleased at heart.
