SB 1.5.32

एतत्संसूचितं ब्रह्मंस्तापत्रयचिकित्सितम् ।
यदीश्वरे भगवति कर्म ब्रह्मणि भावितम् ॥ ३२ ॥
etat saṁsūcitaṁ brahmaṁs tāpa-traya-cikitsitam
yad īśvare bhagavati karma brahmaṇi bhāvitam

Synonyms

brahman — O Brahman [Vyāsa, addressed as such due to having realized the mystery of the truth of Brahman or Bhagavān (idaṁ rahasyaṁ tavāpi viditam eveti sūcayan sambodhayati — he brahman)135]; karma — action; yat — which; bhāvitam — is offered [according to the respective disposition of the practitioner (sva-svabhāvānusāreṇa samarpitam)136]; īśvare — to Paramātmā [(paramātmani vā); who is the Supreme Regulator of all (sarva-niyantari)137]; bhagavati — [or] to Bhagavān [the Absolute intrinsically endowed with six primary divine majesties (ṣaḍ-aiśvarya-vati vā)]; brahmaṇi — [or] to Brahman [the unqualified disclosure of the Absolute (tadīya nirviśeṣa svarupe vā); standing for the unmitigated Complete Reality (apracyuta-pūrna-rūpe)138]; etat — this [offering of action]; saṁsūcitam — has been clearly indicated [by those who have realized the conclusion of scripture (śāstra-jñaiḥ)139]; cikitsitam — to be the cure [the remedy, the preventative, and that which purifies the mental quantum (bheṣajaṁ tan-nivartakaṁ sattva-śodhakam)140]; tāpa-traya — [for] the threefold miseries of material existence [psychophysical (ādhyātmika), supernatural or atmospheric (ādhidaivika), and environmental or stemming from contact with other beings (adhibhautika tāpa-trayasya)141].

Translation

O Brahman [Vyāsa], action that is offered to Paramātmā, or to Bhagavān, or to Brahman, has been clearly indicated [by those who have realized the conclusion of scripture] to be the cure for the threefold miseries of material existence.
