Translation
O King, among our relations in Dvārakā, about whom you have inquired, only four or five remain alive. [The rest, however, are all dead.] Bewildered due to the curse of the brāhmaṇa sages, they drank the intoxicating Vāruṇī wine, and with their minds thus maddened in a fit of rage, they struck and killed one another with [ironlike reeds held in] their fists, as if not knowing each other at all.
