SB 1.14.27

सप्त स्वसारस्तत्पत्न्यो मातुलान्यः सहात्मजाः ।
आसते सस्नुषाः क्षेमं देवकीप्रमुखाः स्वयम् ॥ २७ ॥

sapta svasāras tat-patnyo mātulānyaḥ sahātmajāḥ
āsate sasnuṣāḥ kṣemaṁ devakī-pramukhāḥ svayam

Synonyms

[are (kaccit)⁸⁹]; [our (asmākam)⁹⁰]; mātulānyaḥ — maternal aunts; sapta — the seven; [parasparam⁹¹] svasāraḥ — [mutually related] sisters [bhaginyaḥ]; tat-patnyaḥ — who are all wives of Vasudeva; pramukhāḥ — headed by; devakī — Devakī; svayam⁹² — each; āsate — living; kṣemam — happily; saha — along with [sahitāḥ]; ātma-jāḥ — [their] sons; sasnuṣāḥ — [and] daughters-in-law [suta-bhāryābhiḥ].

Translation

Are our maternal aunts, the seven sisters who are all wives of Vasudeva headed by Devakī, each living happily along with their sons and daughters-in-law?

Presumably, he uses the word parasparam, “mutually or commonly related,” here to underline the fact that among the many wives of Vasudeva, these seven were related as sisters, being the seven daughters of Devaka, as stated in SB 9.24.22–23. Since the eldest daughter was in fact Dṛtadevā (and not Devakī), the words devakī-pramukhāḥ are more accurately connected to the words tat-patnyaḥ, since she is universally celebrated as the chief wife of Vasudeva.↩
